With a background in Psychology (BSc, MSc), she supports young people in building confidence and finding their voice. I bridge the gap between the creative arts and mental health with an MSc in Child Psychology from UCL and extensive lived experience in the industry. My work focuses on sustainable creativity - facilitating wellbeing spaces in rehearsal rooms and one-to-one support. I am uniquely qualified to support in this area recognising the issues that arise for creatives in these spaces.
